By learning how to relax during stressful times and by cultivating a state of calm, we can train ourselves to return to a healthier mode of functioning, our “true essence”.

Massage is a natural muscle relaxant, allowing for healthy normalization of muscle tissue that is in a state of contraction due to stress, or physical activity. A relaxed body has more "space" to absorb tension, so you can feel like a loving "Zen Master," in the midst of chaos. Massage feels good and gives you a relaxed, more youthful appearance.

Deeply relaxing, the focus of this type of massage is on relief of specific areas of pain and discomfort. Release of "trigger-points" and chronic muscle tension with slow focused strokes helps create long-lasting relief, especially useful in reducing neck, back and shoulder pain.
