This extremely subtle yet potent modality is done fully clothed on the treatment table, or partially clothed when combined with Structural Integration. It is a gentle (Yin-feminine) ’hands-on’ therapy that encourages balance in the ascending subtle energy body, chakras & central nervous system.
Self-Contraction, caused by stress and fear, ’eats away’ at our health and well being every day of our life. The solution is to let go, relax and create space in our lives to embody a state of calm as often as we can. By learning how to relax during stressful times and by cultivating a state of calm, we can invoke a healthier mode of functioning, our prior to mind ’true nature’.
Chronic and repetitive stress can be accumulative, often undermining our lives as we become overwhelmed and our health and vitality begin to break down. During treatment, the toxic effects of stress and ’over-stimulation’ are gently released from our bodies, re-connecting us to the Life-current of our Heart.
By resonating ’stillness’ and by using light touch (like a mirror), to reflect back to your system the pattern it is holding, the session provides an opportunity for you to recognize and let go of restrictive patterning.
This work is very soothing and relaxing in nature and occurs on a deep unconscious level. The effects of a session can often be felt right away, although sometimes they are not fully apparent until hours or even days later.
Craniosacral Energy Healing connects us to our true Nature. The All-Pervading, Radiant, Life-force energy current that is our Heart. Our sense of Being. Which is intuitive, ascending and Yin-feminine in nature. It is a powerful compliment to Structural Integration which focuses on the Yang-masculine, descending energy of the physical body. Combining these two modalities brings balance and unity to both the ascending and descending energy forces of our Whole Body.
The same stream of life that runs through my veins night and day
